2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS Lightsail). When you visit it, your IP address and standard request information—including browser type, time and requested page—are processed to deliver the website and may be recorded temporarily in server logs for security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the name, email address, subject and message you submit in order to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where your message concerns a booking, licensing request or collaboration, steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The submission is sent by email to Roberto Marín Muñoz and is not stored in a website database. The resulting email is retained only for as long as needed to answer the inquiry, handle necessary follow-up and meet any applicable legal obligations.
4. Spam protection with hCaptcha
The contact form is protected by hCaptcha, provided by Intuition Machines, Inc. hCaptcha is not loaded automatically. It loads only after you select “Enable spam protection,” at which point interaction data and, where applicable, your IP address are processed to determine whether the submission is human. 5. Email and infrastructure providers
Strato AG provides domain and email services in Germany. Amazon Web Services provides the web server infrastructure. These providers process only the information required to supply their respective services. We do not sell personal data or use it for behavioural advertising.
6. Streaming and social links
Spotify, YouTube, Deezer, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook are linked through ordinary outbound links. No content from those platforms is embedded or loaded when you visit this website. Data is sent to a platform only after you choose to follow one of its links, and its own privacy policy then applies.
7. Cookies and browser storage
This website itself does not use analytics, advertising trackers or browser storage. hCaptcha may use its own technologies after you explicitly enable it. See the Cookie Policy for details.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
